During the Vinyassa Flow class, we will practice linking movement to breathe as you flow through a series of poses. Classes include classic sun salutations as well as balancing, twisting and folding.
Held in the tranquil setting of the Ti Kaye gym, classes are designed to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed. Each class is tailored to meet the needs of the students attending.
We welcome practitioners of all levels from those new to yoga to seasoned practitioners. If you have never tried yoga before, now is the perfect time and place to start.
Born and raised on the island of St Lucia, Monetta completed her 200 hr teacher training in Washington, DC with Faith Hunter Yoga at Embrace Studio.
She brings her playfulness and enthusiasm to her classes. She owns Sayana Yoga Studio in St. Lucia and teaches at various locations across the island.
