What is the difference is between a room and
a cottage?
We have two types of cottages:
1. Individual ones with one room - these are listed as "Ocean
View" and "Ocean Front" Cottages. Some of these also have plunge
pools.
2. Duplex cottages with two rooms - these are listed as "Ocean
View" Rooms. Five have two queen beds instead of one king bed.
Duplex cottages can be rented as a two room unit, popular with families
or couples traveling together, or as two separate private units.
All of our rooms, whether they are part of a Duplex or in an individual
cottage are the same size with the same amenities, including air-conditioning
and our popular garden showers. However, cottages with pools have
an extended deck and extra outdoor seating.
Do you have pictures of the rooms?
Yes, our website has lots of photos plus floorplans too!
"Room" photos are the same for the individual cottage rooms as well as
the duplex cottage rooms. Go to the Cottage Page
and the Floorplans Page.
How
deep are the main pool & plunge pools?
The main pool is 9' deep and is located near our main dining pavilion.
The cottage plunge pools vary from 3' to 5' deep (1 to 1 1/2 m) - some
are 8' by 8' square and others are 5' by 11' ovals. Perfect for a
relaxing dip or leisurely soak in cool, refreshing water.
Do we need to book meal plans & tours in
advance?
No, you do not, however, it is best to decide if you want to be on
a meal plan once you have arrived and also what activities you would like
to do. Some tours can book up quickly, so to be assured that you
can do the activities of your choice, it is best to book long before you
arrive by using our request form - just check the activities boxes and
send to us.
What is the average cost of meals and drinks?
A full breakfast is included in your rate. Lunch at the main
dining room and the beach bar starts around $15 per person. Dinner
starts at $40 to 45, depending on what you order.
Beverages, other than tea, water, and coffee, are not included in our
rates. Our local Piton Beer is $2.50; bar drinks and a glass of house wine
start at $5. We have an outstanding collection of fine wines, so
you can spend as much or as little as you want on a bottle of wine.
If you are a guest of our resort, you can add beverage costs to your room
bill.
How many restaurants and bars do you have?

am to 4:00 pm.
Our main bar is located in the Restaurant and is open from 8:00 am
to 10:30 pm. Happy Hour is from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm; house drinks
are 2 for the price of 1. Our Beach Bar is open from 11:00 am to

8:00 am to 10:00 am. Lunch is from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Dinner is
served from 7:00 pm and last order at 9:00 pm.
If we arrive after the restaurant closes for
the night and would like dinner, do you have room service?
You may call the front desk and order a light dinner to be serviced
in your room, or you can prearrange this before arrival. Contact
us for a list of late-evening selections.
Are there other restaurants nearby?
There are many fine, International Restaurants located in the northern
part of the Island - about a 50 minute drive. Closer to home, 3 local
restaurants are located in Marigot Bay that specialize in Caribbean Cuisine.
You will need a rental car or taxi which we can arrange.
Which airport should we fly into? What is
the distance from both airports?
Ti
Kaye Village is in Anse Cochon - approximately 80 minute ride from Hewanorra
International Airport (UVF) in Vieux Fort at the southern tip of the island,
and 40 minutes from George F Charles Airport (SLU) in the north near Castries.
We can arrange transfers from either airport to and from Ti Kaye Village
- please let us know your arrival information at the time of booking for
this service. The airport transfer fees are listed below.
Airport transfers per couple are $145 round trip from UVF (airlines
that go to that airport are BA, BWIA, Air Jamaica, Air Canada, Virgin,
US Air) and $100 round trip from SLU (American Airlines, LIAT, Caribbean
Star and Air Caribe). Ti Kaye's airport transfers are superior and
less expensive than you an arrange for yourself.
How do we arrange airport transfers?
If you did not include airport transfers when you booked your vacation
with us, please email or call us with your flight itinerary at least 4
days prior to arrival and we will be glad to arrange your airport transfers
on request. Otherwise, we will assume that you will arrange and pay
for your own transportation to the the resort. We cannot be responsible
for a transfer requested on arrival.
St. Lucia is mountainous and while it is a beautiful country, its roads
are not suitable for all drivers. We suggest that if you not familiar
with the island, you allow us to arrange your transfers when you arrive.
Car rentals can be arranged the following day at the resort by our front
staff.
Do you allow children?
