Exceptional cuisine, an elegant wine room, and two open-air restaurants await Ti Kaye Village guests. Under the guidance of our international chefs, our resort is known as much for its innovative cuisine as its inspired tropical scenery. Our lunch and dinner selections artfully combine International favorites fused with island flair served with the unmistakable warmth and personable Caribbean staff of Ti Kaye.
Resort menus feature seasonal ingredients including the abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables that the island of St. Lucia has to offer - all expertly prepared and beautifully presented. To showcase the essential complement to exceptional food, we added a wine room, complete with floor-to-ceiling wine cases and precise climate control. The resort broadened the depth, variety and quality of wines available and now offers over 100 selections of both Old World and New World wines and champagnes. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner are served in our main restaurant, Kai Manje ("house for eating" in local patois). Guests are treated to a complimentary breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 am, starting with a buffet selection of fresh juices, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, and yogurts. That can be followed with a cooked breakfast of eggs, pancakes, French Toast, or omelets with all the trimmings. ![]()
Lunch at the main restaurant from noon to 3:00 pm offers a selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and hot entrees, including several West Indian specialties such as Creole Chicken or Jerk Chicken. As the sun sets and evening begins, dinner brings candlelit romance and elegant international dishes with Caribbean flavor. Those who prefer vegetarian cuisine can choose from a special menu of meals not prepared with animal products and provide a blend of fresh vegetables with hints of West Indian spices. ![]() Our Apres Menu is full of delectible desserts, coffees, aperitifs, cognacs, aged rums and other delights. Wednesday night features a Caribbean Continental Cuisine with creole buffet selections and a live local band. This is not to be missed! Ti Kaye's already extensive wine list has been expanded to more than
100 bins, making it the largest and most diverse on the island.
![]() Previous chef at Kai Manje, Paul Yellin, installed the climate controlled wine room within the restaurant to ensure all wine stocks are kept at the optimum temperature. |
