Guests are served all meals at the open air Kai Manje restaurant. Our international cuisine is specially prepared by Chef Conroy Arnold who is best known for his creole cuisine, and infused with a Creole flavour. A range of fresh local produce and traditional herbs and spices are grown on the resort's grounds and help create sumptuous treats on the extensive menu. The appetizing food is only second to the hospitable wait staff. Enjoy signature dishes combined with a modern interpretation of authentic Saint Lucian cuisine or simply request your favourite and we will accommodate you. Guaranteed!

Ti Manje Restaurant

Ti Manje (Creole for small eating or food) – lunch

Set on the warm silver sand beach at Anse Cochon, guests can enjoy a wide range of dishes ranging from specialty salads, Ti Kaye's famous homemade burgers with local chips, baguettes and the Catch of the Day. A perfect accompaniment to the cool sea breezes, inviting scenery and island cocktails. Open from 10am to 5pm daily, Ti Manje is the ideal location for a relaxing meal after a relaxing day lounging on the beach!

Kai Manje Bar

The Kai Manje Bar adds a fresh appeal to the quaint village experience, rivalling the finest choices island wide. Perched on the cliff side overlooking the calm waters below the Kai Manje Bar is superbly designed to live in harmony with its lush natural environment. Newly constructed with an air of mystery tucked away at the end of a stony hallway, guests are spoilt for choice from a well stocked bar serving locally named cocktails while seeping in a stunning visage of the emerald seas to the west and rich silver sandy beaches below. From its unique handcrafted bar trimmings, scalloped with coconut wood to mosaic artistry pristinely scattered on the solid bar, the Kai Manje bar is an extension of the strong theme projected throughout the property. Guests can relax in an unpretentious environment, switching into a tropical mood.

A new addition to the Ti Kaye Village Resort & Spa, Ti Kave represents a meticulous selection of handpicked wines from around the world. One of the largest collections in the Caribbean, the impressive 460 bin collection comprises of some classic varieties to more remarkable selections, all of which are of excellent quality. This is the second wine collection at the resort as the smaller 100 bin collection is located in the Kai Manje Restaurant and is still operational today.

Ti Kave is housed in a specially designed underground cave with a medieval design and fits in with the current decor of Ti Kaye Village Resort delivering on its promise of fine wine in a refined but relaxed environment.
