Nestled high on the cliff side above the Anse chochon cove, 33 charming gingerbread cottages line the sloping hill. Rustic elegance in the midst of nature. Each cottage or house as the name suggests (ti kaye is Creole for little house), are purposely built facing the ocean to afford an all consuming breathtaking view of the azure waters below. Each cottage is accessible by a matrix of paths and stairs which are lit up at night.

All cottages and rooms alike share certain aspects including a private outdoor garden shower, i-pod docks and a large balcony with a twin hammock. Their design allows for the easy flow of air to keep the rooms cool when open, air conditioning if preferred closed.

Although we offer a quiet escape from the world, we have recently extended our free WIFI service which can now be accessed in all rooms for the guests who can’t completely unplug. For more details on each room category, view the listing below to find the perfect fit for you!

Oceanview Room

The oceanview rooms are the lowest priced categories offered at the resort styled like a duplex (semi-detached). The bungalow style cottage is divided in two with a common wall separated by a door which can be locked or left open if your family or group has occupied both sides. This will be the only room category which offers 2 queen beds or 1 king bad. All other rooms and cottages have king size beds. Equipped with separate entrances, guests are still in a private room, with private amenities as well. Additionally, each room, although is the same size as a standalone cottage. All have sea view.

All cottages and rooms have a view of the ocean and feature a large bedroom, spacious deck with two rocking chairs, table, and a hammock. Garden showers are open to the skies and lined with tropical plants. They also have a mini-fridge, telephone, hairdryer, radio clocks, and walk-in closet. Power is 110 and 220.

Le Cottage

Similar in design and amenities to the Le Cottage with pool category of rooms, these cottages do not however, have a pool.  Offering a spectacular view of the ocean, these rooms are priced lower and surrounded by nature with each of the 8 cottages on the cliffside.

All cottages and rooms have a view of the ocean and feature a large bedroom, spacious deck with two rocking chairs, table, and a hammock. Garden showers are open to the skies and lined with tropical plants. They also have a mini-fridge, telephone, hairdryer, radio clocks, and walk-in closet. Power is 110 and 220.

Le Cottage with Pool

There are 11 cottages in this category which are located the closest to the cliff’s edge offering the best, unhindered view and more privacy. Quite popular among guests, these cottages are usually sold out first, although cost the most. Each has a largest deck in the three room categories, with a personal plunge pool shown by the round blue dots on the map.

All cottages and rooms have a view of the ocean and feature a large bedroom, spacious deck with two rocking chairs, table, and a hammock. Garden showers are open to the skies and lined with tropical plants. They also have a mini-fridge, telephone, hairdryer, radio clocks, and walk-in closet. Power is 110 and 220.

Booking & Cancelation Policy

All major credit cards are accepted, however, please note that THE RESORT DOES NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS. We require a 30% Deposit at the time of confirmation, and 30 days cancellation notice or there will be a minimum charge of 3 nights plus a 10% processing fee for the refunding of the deposit. In case of an early check out, the 3 nights deposit is applied to any canceled nights of a confirmed reservation. We recommend travel insurance be taken to protect your deposit. Rates and Packages subject to change without notice.

Holiday & Winter Season Policy:

Between the dates of December 23 and January 6, a 7 night minimum stay is required with a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations require 30 days notice (less a 10% credit card charge). For cancellations under 30 days, there will be a 3 night penalty. In case of an early check out, the 3 nights deposit is applied to any canceled nights of a confirmed reservation. We recommend travel insurance to protect your deposit.

Package Policies:

Substitutions only to in house items; massages / wine tasting and diving / snorkeling
Activities and Day Trips not taken or used are non-refundable, including add on tours.
Additional days are at the regular room rates, except for the 10% savings in an Ocean View Room if your stay is more than 7 days.

Check in and Check Out Times:

Check-in time is 2:00pm: Check out time is 12:00 noon. We will be happy to store your luggage if you arrive early or depart late.

Additional Information:

Room and package rates are for one or two guests per room. Children 12 and over are welcome. All rates are in US dollars and are subject to 10% Service Charge & 8% Government Tax, except for some packages as noted above.

Passport Information:

Guests must bring a valid passport for St. Lucia Customs and Immigration. As of December 31, 2006, USA citizens will be required to have a passport to enter or re-enter the United States.
