Should your Travel Plans change, we encourage you to advise the Resort as soon as possible to ensure a refund less a 10 % Processing Fee.

In case of Cancelation of a Last Minute Booking the Resort will request a full charge of the amount.

Cancellations advised to the hotel 31 days before arrival result in 1 night penalty

Cancellations advised to the hotel less than 30 days will result in a 3 nights penalty

Between 26th December and 7th January no shows and cancellations made less than 31 days prior to arrival the full amount will be due to the Hotel.

No refund will be due for early departure unless with written approval of local management.
