Ti-Kaye-Resort-Yoga-1 Whether you are at Ti Kaye for rest, relaxation, romance or rejuvenation, waterfront yoga offers that extra special touch to help you reconnect with yourself. Join our onsite yoga, Monetta Wilson, for an energizing yet relaxing yoga practice.

During the Vinyassa Flow classes you will practice linking movement to breath as you flow through a series of poses. Classes include classic sun salutations as well as balancing, twisting and folding.

Our yoga classes are designed to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed. Each class is tailored to meet the needs of the students attending.

We welcome practitioners of all levels, from those new to yoga to seasoned practitioners, even ‘mother to be’. If you have never tried yoga before, now is the perfect time and place to start.

  • Monday (Morning): 7:30am to 8:30am
  • Friday (Morning): 7:30am to 8:30am
  • Wednesday (Afternoon): 4:30pm to 5:30pm
  • Sunday (Morning): 7:30am to 8:30am

RATE: $16.50 per person, per class OR $60 per person for 4 classes
EQUIPMENT: Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, towels


Ti-Kaye-Resort-Yoga-3 Born and raised on the island of St Lucia, Monetta Wilson began practicing yoga while studying at the prestigious US Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT, USA. She completed her 200hr teacher training with Faith Hunter Yoga at Embrace Studio in Washington DC.

Since completing her yoga teacher training in 2013, ‘Mo’, as she is affectionately known, has taught yoga at several locations across St Lucia. In 2015, Monetta received the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the St Lucia Chamber of Commerce. When she is not teaching yoga, Monetta can be found curled up with a good book or exploring one of St Lucia’s beautiful beaches. Monetta hopes to one day to become a yoga therapist and share the gift of yoga with all St Lucians.
