Whether you are at Ti Kaye for rest, relaxation, romance or rejuvenation, waterfront yoga offers that extra special touch to help you reconnect with yourself. Join our onsite yoga instructor, Monetta Wilson, for an energizing yet relaxing yoga practice.
Our yoga classes are designed to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed. Each class is tailored to meet the needs of the students attending. Vinyassa Flow classes will have you syncing movements to breath as you flow through a series of poses. Classes also include classic sun salutations as well as balancing, twisting and folding.
If you’re looking for more than a yoga class, we invite you to look into our yoga retreats for an immersed experience. Our Signature Retreats combine yoga, healthy eating, spa treatments and more for a getaway dedicated to personal wellness. LOCATION: The Beach, Beach Restaurant, or Overwater Platform
DAYS & TIMES:
- Monday: 7:30am to 8:30am
- Wednesday: 4:30pm to 5:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am to 8:30am
- Sunday: 7:30am to 8:30am
RATE: $16.50 per person, per class OR $60 per person for 4 classes
EQUIPMENT: Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, towels
