Ti Kaye Resort & Spa is delighted to welcome guest Yoga Instruction Ashley to the Family from Monday the 23rd November 2015 to Saturday 5th December 2015.

As well as our in house instructor Monetta Wilson, these talented ladies are offering two weeks of enhanced relaxation, rejuvenation and peace. This activity is available to both guests and hotel visitors. See below for details!

Introducing Ashley:

Ashley Holly McEachern has over 500 hours in yoga teacher training and leads yin yoga teacher trainings across Canada. She is qualified to teach various types of yoga including Restorative, Flow, Power, Yin, Core and Hatha Yoga. Ashley teaches with a deep passion for helping others on their healing journey, whether that is physical, emotional or spiritual. Her classes include breath-work, meditation, anatomical focus and powerful hands on adjustments.

Ashley’s Private Classes:

Vinyasa Flow:

A dynamic and challenging sequence of postures that synchronizes breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. All levels welcome.

Yin Yoga:

A meditative, slow-paced practice that uses long, deep stretching to enhance joint mobility and flexibility. All levels welcome.

Gentle Hatha Yoga: 

Gentle Hatha is very accessible for newer students, those wishing to get back to basics and those who are pregnant. A slower yoga practice that emphasizes postural alignment and relaxation. This gentle practice enhances stamina, flexibility and a peaceful mind. All levels welcome
