Offer valid for new Bed & Breakfast bookings made from launch through 30 June 2026, for travel through 30 October 2027. Savings of up to 45% are available on select travel dates and vary by room category, travel period, and availability. Offer applies to the Summer Solstice Escape Bed & Breakfast promotional rate plan only.A 3-night minimum stay applies for stays from 29 December 2026 through 5 January 2027. Round-trip airport transfers are included with Bed & Breakfast stays from 1 December 2026 onward.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance automatically charged 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations may be modified or cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. Within 30 days of arrival, reservations are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival, no-shows, and early departures incur a 100% charge of the total stay. Where refunds are applicable, a 5% processing fee will be deducted.
One complimentary date change may be permitted, subject to availability and approval. Modified reservations will be rebooked based on the rates, promotions, policies, and availability in effect at the time of the new travel dates. Any deposit or payment already collected will be applied toward the revised reservation. If the revised reservation is higher in value, the guest is responsible for the difference. If the revised reservation is lower in value, Ti Kaye Resort & Spa may apply the remaining balance as a resort credit toward eligible incidentals during the revised stay. Resort credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are valid only during the revised stay unless otherwise approved by the resort.For festive stays between 20 December and 5 January, reservations may be modified or cancelled without penalty up to 45 days prior to arrival. Within 45 days of arrival, festive reservations are 100% non-refundable.
Offer is not combinable with other promotions, packages, group rates, contracted rates, or discount codes. Rates are subject to applicable taxes, service charges, availability, and change without notice.
