Help us rebuild the Northern Caribbean

During September 2017 several Caribbean island in the North (luckily not Saint Lucia) were devastated by not one, but two category 5 hurricanes, Irma and Maria. The Caribbean Hotel Tourism Association (CHTA) has created the ‘Caribbean Travel Recovery Fund’ to help these islands

For each direct booking we receive between October 1st and December 15th 2017 made with the resort, whether by our website ( or by direct phone / email to our reservationists we will donate US$5 towards the fund.

You can book any room category for any travel date right up to December 15th 2018, including our All Inclusive packages. An Ocean View Room, a private Ocean View Cottage, or one of our private Ocean View Cottages with plunge Pools. You don’t need to do anything except book your stay directly with us here at Ti Kaye. We’ll add up the amounts on the 16th December and send the funds off.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We strongly encourage guests to take out travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen travel or medical issues.
  • Flash Sale Bookings: Full payment required on booking. All Flash Sale bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE.
  • Specials / Discounted Bookings: Your 50% deposit is non-refundable. You may however change the date of your stay to within 1 year of your original arrival date fee free. (NOTE: Seasonal rate changes may be applicable).
  • Package Bookings: Your 50% deposit is non-refundable. You may however change the date of your stay to within any time during the travel window fee free. Availability dependent.
  • Full Rate Bookings: Cancellations are fully refundable if advised to the hotel greater than 7 days prior to arrival. (Except Christmas & New Year, as stated below).
  • No shows (or less than 7 days cancellation notice) will result in a 100% room charge for the entire stay. (Except Christmas and New Year, as stated below).
  • Between December 24th and January 1st (inclusive), less than 90 days cancellation notice will result in a discounted (special) rate deposit not being refunded / a 50% room charge for the entire stay for a full rate booking. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival will be charged a 100% room rate for the entire stay.
  • No refunds will be due for early departure.
